Consumption of alcohol - Party Alcohol Liablity
The Party Alcohol Liability application is for anyone, group, organization, etc., that will be holding an event where they do not have a “CGL and Host Liquor” liability policy that will extend to their event. This is designed for individuals holding reception style events with alcohol such as weddings, birthdays, reunions, Jack & Jills, Dances, euchre nights, ect.
There MUST be a liquor permit in place (either annual from legion or Special Occasion Permit/Liquor Permit) with such permit information matching the application.
This policy coverage includes: Commercial General Liability, including bodily Injury and Property Damage, Personal Injury, Tenants Legal Liability ($500,000.00), Medical Payment ($2 500.00 pp/ $25 000.00 Max), Non-Owned Auto, Products/ Completed Operations (Food and Beverages Only), Cross Liability, Blanket Contractual Liability, Employees/ Volunteers as Additional Insured, Host Liquor Liability. You will notice a deductible of $500.00.
No consumption of alcohol - Special Events
The Special Events application is for anyone, group, organization, etc., that will be holding an event with NO liquor, where they do not have a “CGL” policy that will extend to their event. This is designed for individuals holding reception style events such as children birthday parties, baby showers, Christmas Bazaars or meetings, ect. As mentioned above, this program provides Event Hosts with protection in the event of lawsuits arising out of single/multi-day functions without service of alcohol.
This policy coverage excludes host liquor liability but includes: Commercial General Liability, including Bodily Injury and Property Damage, Personal Injury, Tenants Legal Liability ($500,000.00), Medical Payment ($2 500.00 pp/ $25 000.00 Max), Non-Owned Auto, Products/ Completed Operations (Food and Beverages Only), Cross Liability, Blanket Contractual Liability, Employees/ Volunteers as Additional Insured. You will notice a deductible of $500.00.
